Distribution support
We help plan how your products reach the intended audience.
Gift size affects distribution
A branded staff set brings work essentials together in a consistent design. Event giveaways need to be easy for visitors to carry away. We account for size and weight when selecting items, including protective packing for glass and ceramic gifts.
When selecting products, we consider how the items work together as a set as well as logo placement. The same colour can look different across materials. We assess that difference in the set design and plan the packing layout to keep items from rubbing against each other.
For regular customers, partners or clients you want to reconnect with, choose gifts they can use between meetings. Check the logo area beside a mug’s handle and whether a key ring will sit comfortably in a pocket.
Match the method to the material
Columns show materials; rows show branding methods. Marked cells indicate technically possible combinations, although not every coating will suit the method.

Choose by the gift’s use
A single order can serve visitors and staff with different gifts. We group products by who will receive them.
Desk accessories
We prepare pens and calendars for staff sets. A narrow pen barrel may need the logo arranged horizontally.
Technology gifts
We prepare device gifts for use at work. We check model functions and compatibility, keeping the logo clear of buttons and ports.
Textile products
We brand uniforms and other textiles for staff use. Fabric stretch affects logo placement and the choice of branding method.
Medallions
We prepare medallions for participation and commemorative gifts. On hanging versions, the attachment position determines which way the image faces.
Business diaries
Dated and undated diaries suit work notes and planning. The cover material determines which branding method can be used.
Crystals and plaques
We prepare keepsakes for display on desks and shelves. The background affects how inscriptions appear on transparent crystal.
Custom items
We develop custom items when an existing product shape does not fit the campaign. Materials and dimensions are specified for that design.
Awards
We prepare awards for recognition ceremonies. Graphics distinguish the categories within a consistent layout across the series.

From product choice to packed sets
Define the distribution
We plan product allocation across distribution points. You confirm the delivery and receiving arrangements for each location.
Select the item
We compare the proposed models’ materials and branding areas. You agree dimensions and which items belong in each set.
Approve logo placement
We show the logo’s size and position on the product. You approve the indicated branding area and final artwork version.
Sample check
We establish sample needs for checking adhesion and resistance to rubbing. You agree the assessment criteria and colour reference.
Prepare the sets
We prepare products to the approved artwork. You compare the set contents and box labels with the handover list.
Logos, materials and order details
Where can I choose products, and what should I send?
Tell us the item type, colour, quantity and preferred branding method, or ask us for a selection. Availability needs confirmation. For colour, include the manufacturer’s colour name if available rather than relying on a screen image.
Which logo file should I supply?
A vector file is suitable because its edges stay clear when resized. Include colour references and a single-colour version. Send the original file rather than a screenshot or an image compressed by a messaging app.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the product and branding method. Methods requiring production setup can make small orders more expensive per item. The minimum is confirmed when you enquire about the selected model.
What affects the price of branded products?
Price is calculated from the model, quantity, branding method and logo area. Branding several surfaces and individual packaging also affect it. Compare quotes for the same set contents and packing specification.
Can a coloured logo go on a dark product?
Yes, with a suitable printing method. UV and screen printing may need a white underlayer to keep colours visible against a dark surface. Suitability of the underlayer depends on the material and coating.
Can each gift carry a different name?
Yes, if the model and branding method allow it. Send a checked name list that identifies the item for each recipient. The artwork must account for long inscriptions and display all characters correctly.
