Media and PR

Put your product on screen. We script, film and edit commercials, arrange media placement and plan PR around how you want your brand to be known.

  • Commercial production

We write, film and edit your commercial.

  • Media placement

We bring your commercial to audiences through the media.

  • PR strategy

We plan how your company and products are presented to the public.

Show the product, explain the news

When words cannot explain how a product works, a commercial can show the sequence of use. A company announcement needs to explain what changed and why it matters to the audience. The subject determines whether we focus on visible action, a spokesperson explaining the facts or a live presentation.

A first-time buyer and a partner already using the product have different questions. We adjust the depth of information in the script or PR plan to that familiarity. When technical specifications are extensive, a separate reference document can keep the main announcement clear. For public and private organisations, we also establish who approves statements so spokespersons work from the same facts.

One message, different media formats

Start with the message at the centre. Each surrounding format gives that message a different presentation and use.

Core message

  • Commercial

A sequence of scenes connects the product, its context and the offer.

  • Media placement

The channel determines who encounters the commercial and in what setting.

  • Press release

Combines the news, verified details and a quotation for editors.

  • Interview

Explains a spokesperson's position through answers to specific questions.

  • Event

Brings audience questions directly to speakers at a live gathering.

  • PR plan

Sets the sequence of topics and allocates announcements across channels.

What to commission for your campaign

Scene plans, captioned edits and event programmes are distinct parts of a media brief.

  • Script and shot plan

We write scene sequences and narration. This defines which product actions the shoot needs to capture.

  • Filming and sound recording

We film the product in action and record explanatory audio. This suits demonstrations where movement makes the instructions clearer.

  • Editing and format adaptation

We edit footage and add captions. Captioned versions suit advertisements watched without sound.

  • Commercial placement planning

We select distribution channels by audience and prepare the commercial for placement requirements covering running length, aspect ratio and sound.

  • PR strategy

We plan company news topics and spokesperson talking points. This suits announcements that need to follow a coordinated sequence.

  • Events and presentations

We organise gatherings and presentations around a programme and guest movement plan, coordinating speakers, demonstrations and questions.

  3. Production preparation

We plan shoot locations, media materials or event equipment. You provide participant contacts and confirm venue readiness.

  4. Material approval

We present the edit, publication copy or speaker materials. You approve the facts and the version for release.

  5. Release and reporting

You approve release or the start of the event. We carry out the plan and report on publications or event outcomes.

Filming, PR and event questions

What should we prepare for filming?

Prepare approved product information, the logo and a product sample suitable for filming. Confirm participation and usage permissions for people and locations. Final packaging text helps avoid having to reshoot readable labels.

Can an existing video be adapted to another format?

Yes, if the source dimensions and composition allow it. Cropping a landscape shot into portrait can remove the product or text. Supply the original files and agree the intended screen formats before editing.

How are editing revisions agreed?

The scope of revisions and approval stages should be defined in the order. Combine feedback into a list referring to specific shots or text. Changing an approved script may require additional filming, a new voice recording and extra cost.

What determines the cost of producing a commercial?

The price depends on the scenes, locations, participants and editing required. New footage, archive material and animation need different preparation. Voice recording, music licensing and separate language versions also affect the quotation.

Is publication of PR material guaranteed?

Editorial publication cannot be guaranteed. News value and the outlet's subject matter affect the editor's decision. Paid placement has separately agreed format, disclosure and distribution terms.
