Design services

Make your brand recognisable at a glance. We turn your message into designs for print, screens and physical spaces.

  • Brand identity

Logo design and brand books give your brand a visual identity.

  • Print and digital

Design for posters, packaging, social media posts and websites.

  • 3D design

We model and visualise advertising structures.

Keep the identity consistent in use

Separately prepared print, signage and social media artwork can drift into different versions of a logo or colour palette. We build the identity around a common reference for the people producing these materials. It defines what stays fixed when the dimensions or material change.

Approved wording, product photographs and production requirements are gathered before composition begins. They determine the space needed for headings and product images. Text added later can require the whole page to be laid out again.

From brand identity to deliverables

The centre represents the brand identity. Each surrounding branch shows a material or file built from it for a particular application.

Brand identity

  • Logo files

Arrangements of the symbol and name, together and separately.

  • Colour palette

CMYK and Pantone for print; RGB and HEX for screens.

  • Type guidelines

Heading levels, line spacing and text alignment.

  • Brand book

Clear space, placement rules and examples of incorrect logo use.

  • Print artwork

Files prepared with bleed and folding lines in mind.

  • Digital templates

Text and image areas for posts, banners and email.

  • 3D visuals

Views of stands and advertising structures, including materials and surfaces.

Define the deliverables before design

A new logo, campaign artwork and a stand layout need different preparation. The deliverables are files suited to the applications you commission.

  • Logo development

We create and refresh logos for brands, projects and institutions, checking legibility at small sizes, reproduction in a single colour and dark backgrounds.

  • Branding and guidelines

We develop brand identities and guidelines. For product ranges and sub-brands, the brand book records their visual relationship to the main brand and distinguishing elements.

  • Bag artwork

We prepare gift and shopping bag artwork. Handles and glued areas determine which parts of the design remain visible after assembly.

  • Graphic layouts

We design posters, billboards, brochures, leaflets and social media posts. Each layout establishes the reading order of product names, prices and conditions.

  • Stand layouts

We design indoor and outdoor stands for product displays and visitor conversations. Open sides and entrances determine where graphics can go.

  • 3D modelling

We model advertising structures so you can assess their shape and material appearance. A visual rendering does not replace production drawings.

  • Screen layouts

We design website, banner and email layouts for narrow screens. Interactive layouts show selected and pressed button states.

From brief to handover files

  1. List the applications

You describe the uses and required languages. We establish dimensions, text volume and delivery formats in the brief.

  2. Collect the assets

We review the existing brand assets. You confirm which elements to retain and which images are cleared for use.

  3. Select a direction

We present visual directions in a relevant application. You select the direction to develop and approve its colour and composition decisions.

  4. Adapt the layouts

We adapt the selected direction to the agreed applications. You approve logo placement and product presentation in the final layouts.

  5. Prepare the handover

We prepare approved artwork in the agreed formats. You check the file list against the commissioned applications; language and size versions have separate names.

Briefs, revisions and deliverables

Can you work with our existing logo?

Yes, an existing logo can be the starting point. Send the clearest original and any brand guidelines. If only a small image exists, the logo may need redrawing; that work is scoped separately.

How should I send revision requests?

Combine feedback into a single list against the same artwork version. Separate wording corrections, size changes and requests for a new visual direction. Agree the revision scope and the terms for changes after approval as part of the order.

How do approval images differ from production files?

Approval images show the composition; production files meet the technical requirements of printing or fabrication. Editable source artwork is a separate file type. Specify the formats you need and the permitted use of fonts and images in the order.

Can the same layout work in every language?

Not always; each language needs a layout check. Word lengths and line breaks change, and the font must support Azerbaijani characters and the Russian alphabet. Check long headings and small text in each language version.

What affects the design fee?

The fee depends on the applications, need for a new visual direction and required deliverables. Language versions, size adaptations and revisions also affect it. Confirm whether copywriting, photography and production drawings are included before comparing quotes.
